This Ross Henery Professional Eclipse Premium 9-piece knife set comes in a heavy duty zip up storage case which is ideal if you are traveling with the knives & especially useful for catering students.
Because of the vast range included within this set and the fact they are forged from one piece of stainless steel which eliminates food and dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety & hygiene means they are useful for the professional chef or total amateur as well as for the domestic house or college student.
This set is made from 100% stainless steel; however, it is very important to follow the included care guide and avoid leaving the knives in soak, and always fully dry them before putting them away. The blades are razor sharp and hold their edge well, a honing steel is included so you can always keep the knives sharp.
Hand Wash only
The Knives Come in a fantastic Carry case, ideal for Chef’s to transport the knives, and perfect for storing the knives when not in use. Manufactured with hygiene in mind, the case simply wipes clean with a damp cloth. Please hand wash and dry knives before storing them.
